An exciting opportunity has opened up for an all-rounder administrator to join our team! We are a private orthotic practice located in central Wollongong. We pride ourselves on excellent patient-centered care and creating the best possible orthoses for our patients.
This is a part-time role, averaging 15 hours per week (negotiable) on Wednesdays and Fridays with the possibility of increasing hours/days in the future.
About the role:The position entails a varied scope of practice:
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Email and phone correspondence
- Corresponding with suppliers and referrers
- Creating and reconciling invoices
- Ordering and managing stock
- Account management
- Other tasks as directed
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience interacting with people living with a disability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage high workloads
- Ability to problem solve and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft 365 One Drive and computer skills
Preferred but not Essential:
- Experience working with the NDIS
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers check
- Experience with Xero and Cliniko
