Your Health Navigator provide a range of services including care coordination, in-home nursing, allied health and physiotherapy to assist our clients in maintaining their independence.

The Role
Your Health Navigator are seeking to appoint a full time, experienced and confident Administration Officer to manage and coordinate a range of administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of this busy office.
Working as part of a close-knit team, your core responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties
- Data entry of client and referral information
- Making and receiving client calls
- Email management
- Liaising with internal clinical staff, hospitals and other key providers
- General office-related tasks and administration
About you
We’re seeking a professional individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative and confidently interact with internal staff and clients.
Other required skills, experience and attributes include:
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and an eagerness to learn
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Flexible and adaptable – happy to assist with a range of tasks
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- We value candidates with a proven track record in a similar role ideally within a hospital or community healthcare setting.
