Ellis Air is a well established air conditioning company specializing in design, installation, maintenance and breakdown services to a wide range of industries. Our Head office is located in Moorabbin.
We have an opportunity for a well-organized individual who has a high attention to detail to join our team as an Administration Officer.
Working with our management and account teams, your responsibilities within our service department will include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Customer Portals
- Subcontractor Reporting
- Accurate data entry and corrections daily through service software
- Perform other ad-hoc administration duties as requested by Management.
ABOUT YOU
You are able to manage a multitude of tasks daily but still keep your mind on the bigger picture – reprioritizing as you go.
You are able to adapt and work autonomously with our service software package (training provided). This software is the engine of our department and integral to our day-to-day operation. Proven ability with Service Software Management packages will be an advantage.
Skill/experience requirements:
- Experience working in a comparable role
- Must have advanced computer skills and be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Advanced Excel skills will be an advantage
- Outstanding and proven customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and proven ability to effectively prioritize workloads
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to exercise good judgement, solve problems, show initiative and be proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills – friendly and professional manner
