ABOUT THE ROLE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Supporting various facets of HR operations involved in recruitment, onboarding and training
– Managing paperwork and processes
– Data entry and storage of records and providing general administrative support
–
SKILLS THAT ARE REQUIRED:
– Ability to pay close attention to details when handling paperwork, data entry, and administrative tasks.
– Basic verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and employees professionally.
– Capacity to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
– Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team efforts.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and adhere to workplace policies.
– Desire to provide helpful and courteous service to employees when addressing inquiries or issues.
– Openness to learning new processes, procedures, and software systems as needed.
SKILLS PREFERRED:
– Basic proficiency in office tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
– Comfort with using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn HR software and databases.
