Administration Officer

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative and accounts function of the Dealership.

What are we looking for?

To achieve success in this position we are looking for a self-motivated person with excellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills capable of working efficiently in a team environment. 

The successful candidate will be experienced in Microsoft products Outlook, Word, Excel and have intermediate to advanced computer skills. Having knowledge of accounts is an advantage in this role, however training can be provided to the successful candidate. 

Duties of this role include:  

• Assist in the administration tasks associated with accounts payable such as payment and general ledger reconciliations. 
• Monitor and action the receipt of cash sales and other payments to the dealership. 
• Provide comprehensive administration support for the Dealership, as requested by the General Manager. 
• Provide customer service via telephone, email and in person, providing a positive customer experience on each occasion. 
• Maintaining a relationship and regularly collaborating with the Adelaide finance team. 
• Other tasks as requested by the Dealer Principle and Adelaide finance team. 

A current driver’s licence is required.
