Responsible for both Accounts Payable and Receivable we're on the lookout for a new, experienced recruit who we expect to hit the ground running in this busy Full Time Role.
Your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Accounts Payable - ensuring invoices are approved for payments in accordance with our delegated authority process. Match invoices to purchase orders and then enter the said invoice into our Dealer Management System. Prepare supplier payments. Manage recurring payment schedules and record and update our company database.
Accounts Receivable - the accurate receipting of payments, prompt collection of outstanding receivables and the creating of customer statements and their reconciling.
It's assumed that you have been exposed to other functions within an Administration Department during your working career and there no doubt will be elements of these in your role.
