About the Role:
Are you an organised, proactive, and customer-focused professional? Macquarie Auction Group is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Office and Auction Administrator to join our dynamic team!
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administration role
- Exceptional customer service skills via phone, email and in person
- Efficient management of administrative tasks
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Proficiency in office programs
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Graphic design skills are an advantage, or the willingness to learn and develop these skills
- Photography and description tasks are also a significant part of the role
- Ability to work well in a high functioning team.
- Have impeccable personal presentation.
- Have an excellent level of communication.
- Be able to liaise and handle buyers & sellers on all levels.
