About the Role
The Intake and Administration Support Officer is an integral part of the Home Care Package (HCP) team. The role of the Intake Officer has been developed to support the delivery of person-centred on-boarding services to new and prospective clients, along with ensuring high quality data entry into our CRM and other general administrative support duties, including document updating and creation.
What We're Looking For
Are you someone who has:
- Experience working with aged care consumers and their families
- Experience in an administrative role (ideally within the care or community services sector)
- High level computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Experience working in a team
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines
- Current Driver’s License and registered vehicle
