Smart Moves Healthcare is looking for another Administrations Officer based in Adelaide specialising in management of therapist bookings.
Please note we will be offering a Temporary Casual Contract for up to 3 months with the opportunity to extend.
Role
We are a remote allied health business with 11 therapists all working in the community. Organization of the therapists appointment book is managed between the business manager and the therapist and with such a high volume of clientele, we require someone who is able to arrange and organize appointments.
Required Skills
- Managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings
- Answering phone calls promptly and in an educated and courteous manner
- This can be a fast paced environment, so being able to handle multiple queries and triage appropriately.
- Attend to general inquiries and provide assistance to the wider team.
- Working collaboratively as part of a small administrative team or independently when required
Applicants
- National Police Clearance.
- Certificate III or IV in Business, Business Administration or other relevant fields valued
- Knowledge of the NDIS or willingness to learn about the the NDIS
- Demonstrated experience responding to customers and clients as the first point of contact within an organization
- Ability to assist the day-to-day operation of an office
- Ability to assist the Business Manager and Compliance Manager in meeting Quality Assurance requirements of the business.
- Ability to take high quality minutes of meetings, proof documents, develop forms and brochures and flyers and attend to advertising requirements.
- Excellent computer skills to include data entry and high typing speed
- C class license and own vehicle preferred
