Job description

  • Full-time or part-time negotiable (minimum 64 hours per fortnight)
  • $72,502 per annum (pro-rata), plus superannuation

About the role

This position is responsible for a range of administration functions to ensure the effective operation of the Children’s Centre.

You will support the Centre Manager and Educational Leader to develop and maintain a range of systems and processes to ensure legislative and regulatory requirements are met, and the service is responsive to the needs of families, staff and other stakeholders.

This position will suit an individual who can work autonomously, has an eye for a high level of detail, and who is able to create positive and strong relationships with the Centre’s families and staff.

Qualification, Skills and Experience 

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administration role.  A relevant qualification in administration, business or early childhood education would be well regarded.

You will need to manage and prioritise multiple tasks whilst working in a busy and demanding environment.
