Aged Services undertakes planning, policy, advocacy, partnership and service delivery roles in providing quality home and community support services for older people, people with a disability and their supports and in the development of strategic plans for our older community. About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide timely administrative support to the Delivered Meals and Property Maintenance Service. This position may also provide support with packing, driving and stock control for the Delivered Meals service unit, as required.

The ideal work schedule is Monday - Friday working 9.00am to 3.30pm. Flexibility can be discussed for the preferred candidate.

Skills, experience and certificates

  • Experience in the use of a Client Management Database
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet deadlines.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft 365 Suite and understanding of procedures for the maintenance of effective information systems
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the My Aged Care Portal in managing referrals for Property Maintenance and Delivered Meals services (preferred)
  • Ability to use initiative in problem solving
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of working with consumers eligible for CHSP and HACC PYP services
  • CPR and First Aid Certificate

Mandatory Pre-employment screenings:
