The Health Promotion Service in SWSLHD is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Administration Officer to be part of the admin team based at Health Promotion Office, Liverpool but will be working at various locations across Population Health Services in South Western Sydney Local Health District. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and has great communication skills and attention to detail. The role will be supporting the various services of Population Health on diverse projects across different sites. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn varied functions across various services and to increase their skillsets in various areas of Administration.What You'll be Doing
To Provide efficient and effective provision of administration/clerical services.The role of the Level 3Administration Officer is to provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical services. You will be rotating across different services and different sites to support the administrative functions of all the services of Population Health as required.Where You'll Be Working

  • Relevant administrative qualifications and/or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and initiate action
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within and across diverse work teams to support effective coordination of work Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated applied ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret client/customer needs and is sensitive to the differences in the needs of individuals
  • Must possess a valid Australian Drivers Licence (excluding learner driver's licences). If not already in possession, a NSW Drivers Licence must be obtained within 3 months of appointment.
