About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Administration Officer Level 3 for Community Paediatrics located at Narellan Community Health Centre. Four days per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08.30 - 17.00
Looking for a team player with organisation skills, customer service skills, Computer literate and self-motivation skills
What You'll be Doing
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Department of Community Paediatrics. The position requires a highly organised and self-motivated individual who is capable of managing a diverse range of administrative duties including efficient and accurate typing of correspondence, support of medical officers and medical students and other administrative tasks.

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. * Demonstrated understanding of the NSW Hospital Medical Workforce structure

  • Relevant administrative qualification and/or equivalent experience including experience in dictaphone typing, document preparation and word processing skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and initiate action
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within and across a diverse work team to support effective coordination of work
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret patient needs and is sensitive to the differences in the needs of individuals
  • Demonstrated applied ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities
  • Ability to work unsupervised with a demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines
