The OpportunityUtilise your proficient administrative skills, and exemplary customer service to thrive in our Domestic Contracts team! The role is based from our contemporary Head Office in Tuncurry.
Experience in a similar role is desirable and will enable you to transition smoothly into the team.
You will be able to demonstrate experience across the Microsoft Office Suite including; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
You will have excellent analytical skills to diagnose problems and devise viable solutions.
Your time management and multitasking ability will ensure you maintain productivity throughout the day and meet deadlines as required. You will be appreciated for your attention to detail, accuracy, and display a mature approach in contributing positively to the team environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and software will be essential.
Essential Requirements- Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships that contribute to achieving organisational outcomes
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience to prepare and understand reconciliations and follow up outstanding payments
