Located in the beautiful rural town of Clifton between Toowoomba and Warwick, Clifton Community Health Services’ is a unique health care model that provides a medical practice service, private hospital as well as independent living options through to high care nursing home services.
This part-time (2 days per week) role will provide quality operational support across the business including customer service, reception, and general administrative support.
Our Administration Officer will also assist with workforce coordination which encompasses roster coordination, leave management, and supporting a range of HR functions including on-boarding, education, recruitment, and selection.
The right person for this job will ideally have experience in a similar role, a warm welcoming demeanour, well-developed written and oral communication skills, intermediate Microsoft 365 skills, the ability to work collaboratively and make a positive contribution to the team environment.
High attention to detail, adherence to privacy and confidentiality and problem-solving skills are also essential in this role.
All candidates will be required to present a current national police check at the interview stage of the recruitment process.
