Form of workAbout The Role Full Time Role (Monday to Friday) We are looking for a dynamic detail-orientated Administration Officer to join our fantastic team at Aegis Ellenvale Facility on a Permanent Full Time basis working 5 days a week. Aegis Ellenvale provides quality care and services for up to 140 residents in a welcoming and modern environment.
As an integral part of the team, you will: Provide a professional and friendly reception to our residents, families, visitors, and staff. Create and maintain fortnightly rosters for staff, that meet all service delivery requirements within the facility. Undertake essential administrative functions such as rostering, payroll preparation, billing, banking, and interacting with all staff.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, archiving and other duties as directed by the Facility Manager.
