Currently seeking a talented Customer Service Officer to join their busy team for an 12-month temporary assignment. About the role: As Customer Service Officer - Complaints, you will communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.
In addition, key duties include:Managing complaints coming into the agency
Assessing, recording, resolving and referring as required
Managing escalated complaints and working to strict deadlines
Drafting and sending high quality written correspondence
Coordinating correspondence, briefing and reporting functions About you:Previous experience of responding to complaints - both over the phone and written
Government background is a must!Extensive experience of dealing with escalations and associated investigations
Strong communication skills - both over the phone and written
High attention to detail
