The QTU is seeking an experienced Administration Officer with a broad skill set to join our Research Services team. Joining the admin team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks will include:
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including members and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Delivering seamless administration support to stakeholders:
- Preparing and proof reading documents including meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, e-mails and marketing collateral.
- Organising Committees, events, meetings, training, workshops, and conferences.
- Maintaining and producing reports from databases.
- Supporting team members in times of high workload.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Broad administration experience supporting a high functioning team.
- A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational skills with the capability to successfully manage competing priorities.
- A can do attitude.
