Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
The accountabilities of this role are to:

  • Deliver a comprehensive administrative support service to the Regulatory Services Group including:
  • organising and coordinating divisional events, workshops, and training sessions, including venue booking, catering, and attendee management
  • preparing and distributing agendas and minutes of meetings
  • identifying and updating the Group's risks, issues and actions
  • conducting monthly credit card reconciliations
  • overseeing office supplies and equipment, including inventory management and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the division
  • maintaining currency of the Group's organisational chart and support inductions
  • identifying and managing archiving, scanning and electronic filing as required
  • ensuring the accuracy of the Group's system permissions
  • co-ordinating and arranging the regional office's travel requirements
  • Assisting with the coordination, review and validation of Group reporting dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting with special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Maintaining governance around Group processes, procedures and registers.
  • Champion and support Workplace Health and Safety initiatives and activities
Candidate Attributes * Manage information from a range of systems to provide accurate and timely reports and documents with a good knowledge of different IT systems.
  • High level interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve with all levels of staff.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in providing administrative support.
  • Work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High levels of integrity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated understanding and awareness of Workplace Health and Safety obligations in Queensland.
