Now, we're expanding, and we need highly motivated and energetic Customer Service professionals to join our growing branch based in Beard, ACT.
We're looking for customer-centric individuals who can build rapport effortlessly, understand customer needs, and deliver professional service. Experience in lead generation, outbound and inbound sales is a plus, but what truly matters is your passion for sales and interacting with people over the phone or in person. As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll work directly with our customers to offer appropriate solutions to their enquiries and communicate our products in a professional and enthusiastic manner. You will also be a driving force behind our Sales Teams through setting appointments, scheduling resources and creating new leads.
