We would love to hear from you!We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking person to join our team on an ongoing basis as the Administration Officer in our Regulatory Services team.As the Administration Officer - Regulatory Services, you will:Provide high-level administrative support to the Regulatory Services including the oversight of systems and reporting for the team.Use your initiative and forward-thinking ability to effectively manage correspondence and prioritise customer requests to support the smooth operations of the Community Inspectors.Assist internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, mail and other communication platforms.Work in close collaboration with the wider Regulatory and Community Safety department to ensure that requests, enquiries, and tasks are actioned in a timely manner.Support research and project work across the Regulatory and Community Safety department as required.About You...It’s important to us that you are the right fit to join our team, but just as important, that Playford is the right place for you.You are someone with a love for administrative work, you thrive in team environments, are comfortable with adapting and changing priorities, and you have a strong ability to foster authentic and trusted relationships.
