• Provide administrative support to the safety team, including managing safety-related documentation, records, and databases.
• Conduct safety-related research and analysis and prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate safety-related training sessions and events.
• Assist with incident investigations and follow-up actions as required.
• Manage safety-related communications, including drafting safety-related messages, announcements, and notices.
• Assist with the preparation of safety-related budgets and the management of safety-related expenses.
• degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a safety-related context.
• Strong knowledge of safety-related laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
