Trinity Grammar School is looking for our Administration Officer - Senior School to support the Head of Senior School (Years 10-12) and the team to administer correspondence, student welfare and discipline matters, camps and other related activities.
This busy (full-time) role is ideal for a pro-active individual that has had prior experience working in office administration and/or education setting. Working as a key player, in a small team, within a large and complex organisation, the opportunities to showcase your talents are endless. Reporting to the Head of the Senior School , you will be busy coordinating student-related activities and correspondence for the School, including parent communications, event support, as well as the usual day-to-day problem solving and administration. This role provides a great opportunity for the highly organised candidate who can manage multiple tasks and dive in to challenges headfirst without compromising attention to detail.
Your efficiency, likeable personality and strong interpersonal skills will help you to build important connections with students, colleagues, and parents. In this role you will be front of house for the Senior School (Years 10 to 12), working closely with the Middle School as well as liaising between the team and other areas of the School to help us build and enhance our strong connections with the students in our care and the wider Trinity community.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, working 44 weeks of the typical 48 work weeks per year. On occasion there are also out of hours functions we ideally would love you to be in attendance for. The office is located at our Summer Hill campus, with plenty of parking available, and access to a wide range of public transport in close proximity to the campus. We can offer the occasional change of scenery whether that be working just simply a day in your casual attire working remotely, however for the most part, you will be working on-site.

The position is available for an immediate start, however we are willing to negotiate with the right candidate. Salary range offered is $73,000- 77,000 p.a (dependent on experience, knowledge, skills and attributes of the successful candidate)
