This a permanent part time position (12 hours per week) working across a 24/7 roster. For example this roster is inclusive of day shifts, afternoon shifts, overnight shifts, weekend shifts and public holidays. The purpose of this position is to provide an efficient and effective and professional service for customers, patients and staff of the Mater Health Services through the Teleservices Centre and Reception in keeping with the Mater Philosophy.
