CQUniversity's Facilities Management department is actively involved in day-to-day facilities management and has a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer to join the team at our Rockhampton campus. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily administrative tasks while providing valuable assistance to both management and clients.
Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, diary management, scheduling meetings, minute taking, maintaining records, and ensuring document quality control for approvals.

Position Requirements
Detailed knowledge of business support software including Microsoft Office suite and large corporate information systems.
Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures.
Completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Ability to provide a wide range of administrative support including word processing, drafting of correspondence, organising events, managing diaries.
Proven ability to efficiently manage tasks, resolve issues, and meet deadlines, including handling unplanned work independently, while also exhibiting strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and teamwork in a confidential and professional manner.
