What you will be Doing:
In partnership with our leading local ICT client, WorkPac is currently seeking a Administration Officer with prior Xero experience for an upcoming casual ongoing position for an immediate start based within Caloundra. This position will hold a Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday roster working 6-8 hours per day dependent on days worked.
Duties will include however will not be limited to;
- Client Management: Providing quotations and updates to a variety of local and state government clients
- Assisting with the sales process and aiding in quote preparation
- Managing existing client documentation amendments
- Time Management: Efficiently managing your own time and coordinating with the team
- Project Administration: Preparing and distributing documentation to internal teams and stakeholders
- Ordering necessary resources and monitoring project progress
- Coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- File Management: Maintaining client records in Xero projects and expanding our One Drive using approved conventions
- Keeping subcontractor insurances and documentation up to date
- Assistance: Providing support in project reporting, process and procedure management, and scheduling documentation
What you will Need:
To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience: Your background in administration equips you with the skills necessary to thrive in this role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Xero: Core competencies in these platforms are essential for success.
• Bonus: Knowledge of ICT Communications infrastructure projects: Experience with Structured Cabling and Network projects is highly desirable.
