Administration Officer - Ward Reception

Patient Administration Services are looking for an Administration Officer to join their team. The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services and a 24-hour emergency department. We are supported by local Community Health Centres at Eight Mile Plains, Mount Gravatt, Corinda and Inala.

About the Role

• Arrange interpreter services for patients and family members as required by the medical and health teams.
• Interact in a sensitive, timely, effective and appropriate manner with members of the general public and service providers, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Work effectively and efficiently as a team member with minimal supervision in a changing environment.
