About You

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Previous experience providing a high level of customer/client service.

·         Sound knowledge and exposure to administrative systems.

·         Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written).

·         Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.

·         Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential manner.

·         Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative manner.

·         Demonstrated high level of ability in the use of Microsoft Office and Information Technology.

·         Previous experience using Office 365 SharePoint application. (desirable)

·         Previous experience in event/function planning and coordination. (desirable)

·         Previous experience working in administration and finance. (desirable)

·         Previous experience using Xero. (desirable)

Requirements of the role:

·         Hold (or willingness to obtain) a DHS Working With Children Check – don't worry, we can support this process if necessary!

·         Hold (or willingness to obtain) a National Police Clearance

·         Hold a current South Australian Driver’s Licence (minimum Provisional License)
