About your new role
As an Administration Assistant - Export you will be responsible for all administration functions to support the Export Team including, invoicing, data entry, inventory control, spreadsheet management and other admin duties associated with this role. This is a full-time ongoing role, based in Lidcombe.

What are the role responsibilities?
This role would be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:
- Answering any inbound export calls and allocating the call appropriately
- Administrate Invoicing
- Administrate sales confirmations and purchase orders;
- Data entry into spreadsheets and other software platforms;
- Inventory management;
- Book meeting rooms when required;
- Set up video conferencing and projectors for meetings;
- Organise catering as required;
- Assist the Export team with admin tasks when required;
- Complete office tasks including filing, scanning, printing etc as directed;
- Ad hoc duties as directed.
Who we are looking for?
This opportunity would suit an experienced Administration Specialist. What we need from you is:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in excel, word and outlook
- Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to follow daily schedule and prioritise tasks effectively
