This is a dynamic and fast paced administrative role which will require you to think on your feet, multi task and work with a variety of people from internal teams.
The role:
- Review Quotes, Estimates and Assessment Reports for accuracy, formatting, and grammar, and submit to insurers within required timeframes
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the submission of Estimates/Quotes in a professional and timely manner
- Assist Building Supervisors in modifying and amending Quotes/Estimates and submitting Variations as required to ensure complete, accurate and quality documents are provided
- Update Ambrose Building internal systems and client systems as required and within KPI
- Communicate with other team members to solve problems
- Provide operational feedback to Estimator/Supervisors when errors are found
- High-level computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs
