We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer to join our experienced team in Osborne Park.
This is an entry level role into residential construction, and all on the job training will be provided to the ideal candidate.
Reporting to the Drafting Manager, the role consists of:
- Liaise with local councils and estate developers to gain the relevant approvals for each project;
- Assisting with the submission of follow up applications, obtaining neighbours approvals and keeping clients updated during the approvals process;
- General administration tasks as required;
- Any other duties appropriate to the role, as assigned.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a general administrative role is desirable but not essential;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written;
- Good attention to detail and proven time management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team;
- Exceptional communication skills and a can do attitude; and
- Current police clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
