This critical part-time Administration Officer position will drive support to the organisation through assisting internal stakeholders and clients:
Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
Manage email inboxes.
Draft and proofread emails and other documents
Manage and update calendars, including scheduling virtual meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Organise and file virtual documents, ensuring proper version control.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports as required.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Provide administrative support to the board committee.
To be successful in the role:
Prior administration experience in a relevant community sector.
Ability to obtain a clear police check
Currently hold a Victorian Working with Children Check
