Job description
As the Administration Officer (Workforce), you will be required to assist with all administrative tasks which support the delivery of effective and efficient workforce management and planning services including recruitment and selection, and payroll processes.

What we are looking for:
Ability to provide administrative support, accurately and concisely.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise workloads within set timeframes.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing demands in an environment that delivers multiple services.
Well-developed interpersonal, written, oral and telephone communication skills, including the ability to work as an effective team member.
High level computer skills & demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a demonstrated proficiency or ability to rapidly acquire skills in the use of information systems and other computer programs.
Proven high level of attention to detail in relation to data entry and data management.
Experience with recruitment and selection and payroll processes and systems would be highly regarded.
