- Receive Customers at reception, provide product & service information to current customers as well as potential customers – face to face, via email, via phone
- Schedule purchase order bookings received over the phone and in person and accurately record booking details into office diary and post details into the CRM client relationship management system and spreadsheet.
- Book appointments for carrier(s) for product collection and distribution.
- Monitor and maintain client information (MYOB & Odoo)
- Maintain computer and manual filing system including Client Files
- Invoices/quotes issued
- Completed Release Forms
- Recipe(s) if a custom blend has been ordered
- Soil test results and reports
- Purchase Orders
- Prepare, issue and monitor invoices
- Provide general support to staff (internal & external) and management.
- Collect and distribute mail
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Maintain and distribute soil test information and reports
- Assist in monitoring all administration stationary requirements
- Generate reports when required
