About the role
Catholic Homes is seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join the team at our Castledare Village residence located in Wilson.

The Administration Officer works closely with the Facility Manager to support the daily operations of the facility. These activities can include customer relations, finance, purchasing and records management. Previous experience within the care sector is desirable, however we are willing to consider applicants from all backgrounds with a broad skill set.
Castledare Village is a well-loved medium-sized residence which is located within inner southern suburbs with easy access from Manning Road, Leach and Albany Highway in Wilson
The position is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Reception duties such as answering telephone queries, meet and greet of visitors and ensuring the sign in and screening processes is completed.
- Provision of comprehensive administrative support to the Residence and Facility Manager.
- Obtain residents admission paperwork prior to admission and file accordingly.
- Assisting the Facility Manager with staff rosters (inputting changes, posting, ensuring staff changes are recorded in accurately for payment).
- Assist with recruitment of staff, ensuring relevant paperwork is completed and returned and filed accordingly.
- Ordering of products and processing of invoices.
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Previous administration/reception experience.
- Experience with roster systems is desirable.
- High levels of organisational, time management and priority setting skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and data entry.
- Previous experience working within Residential Aged Care (desirable).
- A broad understanding of the Aged Care industry (desirable).
