As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as an Administration Officer in Regency Park on a Casual basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Stellar Customer Support: Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and empathetic manner. Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, requests, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Administration duties: Be able to multi-task and complete a wide range of data entry and computer based admin tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings. Use this knowledge to guide customers and enhance their experience.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Strive to achieve and exceed established KPIs, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine passion for assisting customers and providing outstanding service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, think critically, and find creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and various software to manage customer interactions and maintain records.
  • Experience: Previous experience with the industry (rehab/healthcare/NDIS) is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this role.
