Our client, a locally owned and operated business, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced accounts person as their new Administration & Payroll Officer.
Duties will include:
- Payroll – 20 employees
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Reconciliations
- Financial reporting
- General administration
- OH&S
- Previous experience within a similar role - min. 3 years
- Bookkeeping qualifications - desirable
- Agricultural experience – preferred
- High level of attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and capable of working to deadlines
- Office 365, Equip accounting software desirable – high level computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Warragul Location
- 4 or 5 days - School hours
- $30 to $35 per her - negotiable based on experience
- Clean modern workplace with onsite parking
