Administration & Payroll Officer

Our client, a locally owned and operated business, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced accounts person as their new Administration & Payroll Officer. 

Duties will include:

• Payroll – 20 employees
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Reconciliations
• Financial reporting
• General administration
• OH&S

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a similar role - min. 3 years
• Bookkeeping qualifications - desirable
• Agricultural experience – preferred
• High level of attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and capable of working to deadlines
• Office 365, Equip accounting software desirable – high level computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.

• 4 or 5 days - School hours
• $30 to $35 per her - negotiable based on experience
• Clean modern workplace with onsite parking

The successful applicant must display outstanding ethics, ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the capacity to priorities. In addition, a current National Police Check is required upon appointment.
