Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be looking for a busy and challenging position, with a strong emphasis on administration, payroll and data entry. You will be responsible for assisting our Finance team with payroll processing and reporting, general data entry, financial reporting and general day-to-day administration. Employment Hero & Property Me experience preferable.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, able to multi-task and have great time management skills, this is a head office-based role - in Albion, Brisbane.
Must have
- Minimum 3 years experience in an Administration & Data entry role, must have payroll experience - Or basic knowledge.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Experience with Reckon Accounting software or similar
- Real Estate Property management is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
