We’re seeking a experienced, motivated and customer focused individual/s to complement the high standards of our medical practice. The role is a Part time with 4-5 hours/day, up to 6 days/week. Your flexibility to cover annual/sick leave will be highly regarded. Commencement is immediate. Casual loading rate applies for casual staff.
Position requirements:
- 2+ years experience in medical reception
- Flexibility with availability
- Friendly and vibrant personality with high regard for customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must be able to multi task, work independently, take initiative, have attention to detail and be well organized
- Familiarity with Best Practices Software preferred
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent front-line customer service to our patients, both in person and over the phone. You will be responsible for managing appointments and payments, handling patient enquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking-in patients
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Answering patient enquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Collecting patient payments
- Accurately maintaining patient records
- Assisting doctors and nurses as required
