THE COMPANY:
Training organisation located at Kogarah.
THE POSITION:
Full administration support role for small but busy team.
You will be the first point of contact for all course and training enquiries. This is a temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phones & emails
Providing course information
Enrollments
EFTPOS payments
Issuing certificates
Assist training managers
Coordination of courses
Manage multiple email inboxes
Administration support for team
Prepare training rooms
Collation of paperwork
General administration duties
SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Real estate experience, not essential however highly regarded
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise
MS Office - Intermediate
High attention to detail
Reliable and hard working
HOURS: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
LOCATION: Kogarah
WORK TYPE: Temp to Perm
SALARY: Up to $70K + Super (Depending on experience) for perm role
