Stockton Podiatry is looking for a receptionist/administration assistant to join its team.
Casual/Part-time 15-20 hours per week, flexible hours, flexible days. Opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting and welcoming and managing phone calls and emails.
- Schedule client appointments, handle inquires and manage the practice calendar using Halaxy.
- Taking payments (including from Private Health, Medicare, DVA, etc).
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, sending appointment reminders, letters and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Scanning, digital filing and document management, along with faxing/emailing reports, plans, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the podiatrist.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office software and scheduling tools, including experience with Halaxy practice management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
