Our business is growing and we are looking for a Reception / Administration Star to join the team at our new Retirement Village, Berry Park Gatehouse.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and positive, with an easy rapport and will approach each day with flexibility and an attitude of compassion and kindness.
Responsiblities will include
- providing outstanding and timely service to our residents and visitors
- general reception and administration tasks
- assisting in the cordination of initiatives, resident activities and events
- supporting the general operation of the Village
Essential Criteria
- exceptional customer service skills with an attitude of compassion and kindness
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an effortless rapport
- highly flexible
- superior time management and organisational skills
- solid computer skills and experience with microsoft office applications.
- a valid drivers licence and reliable transport
- a current police clearance (during recruitment process)
This role will commence on a part time basis Monday to Friday approximately 20hours per week however will quickly move to full time. Applicant must be flexible with work hours.
