Full time - Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 3.30pm
Location: Briar Hill, VIC 3088

We are looking for a team member who is service oriented, courteous, and respectful. You will be passionate about providing a memorable experience for our patients and have exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise. 

What you will do:

• Welcome our patients and make them feel safe, cared for and respected
• Support our GPs and nurses to provide a premium healthcare experience to our patients
• Manage a clinical appointment book, incoming phone calls, online bookings, referrals, faxes and mailouts, process Medicare billings, monitor and order office equipment and stationery            
• Keep our waiting room and reception area clean and calm
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times

The skills and experience you will need to be successful in this role:

• Customer service experience (would particularly suit someone from the airline, hotel or hospitality industry)
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• An effective team player with an ability to focus on resolving problems
• The ability to prioritise many requests and not be afraid to ask for help
• Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• You pride yourself on being able to exceed patient expectations
• You have a ‘let’s do it’ attitude and are happy to take on responsibility to contribute to a positive team environment
• Satisfactory Working With Children Check and Police Check.
