OnCore Nutrition is a dynamic team of Dietitians with particular specialty in eating disorders, mental health, cancer care, and a range of other chronic conditions. Our team of Accredited Practising Dietitians operates predominantly out our main clinic site in Caulfield South, as Windsor and via Telehealth.

About the roleOnCore Nutrition is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and organised individual to join our passionate team to provide administrative support for our nutrition services. This is a part time role (0.4-0.5 EFT, 16-19hrs per week, Mondays and Fridays essential) predominantly out of our Caulfield South clinic.
You’ll have the important role of being the first point of contact for all clients who visit our clinic and who contact us to explore our nutrition services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming phone calls and email enquiries
- Handling booking requests and service enquiries
- Triaging appointments and managing booking adjustments
- Greeting and welcoming patients and clients
- Managing payments, invoicing, billing, third party funding (including Medicare)
- Basic account and invoice management
- Use of client management software
- Assisting with electronic direct mail (EDM) and social media communication
The working location will be OnCore Nutrition in Caulfield South, which is located closeby to cafes, parks, public transport and ample parking.

Key requirements include
- High level communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, confidence in learning new IT platforms
- Experience with Nookal client management software, Medipass/Tyro, HICAPS, Xero accounting software desirable (not essential)
- Your own computer/laptop
- Being a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude!
