Administration Research Assistant - Neuro-Intervention

- Part Time, 32 hours per fortnight
- Provide administrative support to Research team
- Join the Neuro-intervention Service within the Department of Radiology.
Your new role:
- Provide varied administrative support to the Neurointervention Service, Department of Radiology
- Maintain an electronic and hardcopy filing system and clinical database
- Assist in effective communication through liaison and the provision of information and advice to stakeholders
- Word processing, correspondence drafting and advice to staff
- Record management
- Demonstrated organisational proficiency and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Demonstrated confidentiality and data processing
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively and courteously with contact at all levels
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to undertake projects and prepare reports
- Well-developed IT skills including: word processing and PowerPoint, spreadsheets, database management, and internal and external systems.
