We are currently seeking an Administration and Scheduling Assistant for a leading business based on the Gold Coast.
The role is to provide support to the operations to ensure the smooth allocation of resources and rostering of staff across business and providing administration support to the Team.
You will be required to work weekends every 2nd month.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Rostering of Traffic Controllers and Vehicles
- Distribution of Traffic, Council and Main Roads permits
- Provide administrative and customer support
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- Actively support the continual improvement of the organisation’s systems
- Hold current L1 and L2 Traffic Control accreditation
- Knowledge of QLD government codes and regulations around Traffic Management
- Knowledge in Traffio system preferred
- Hands on experience in a traffic management environment
- Keen eye for detail, with emphasis on quality and delivery
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Understanding and experience in working with the Microsoft Office suite of products
