Home Care Assistance Gold Coast is seeking a Scheduler to join us in our mission to Change the Way the World Ages. We provide older adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives at home. Our services are distinguished by the calibre of our caregivers, the responsiveness of our staff and our expertise in Live-In care. We embrace a positive, balanced approach to aging centred on the evolving needs of older adults.

Some of the Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Uses professional administration skills to independently complete delegated work tasks.
  • Collaborates with families and other service providers to facilitate administration, care coordination and information sharing.
  • Aged Care experience desirable.
  • Inbound call and data entry input.
  • Rostering and scheduling of Client/Caregiver hours.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Qualification in Administration Skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Administration highly desirable.
  • Ability to interface effectively and professionally with clients and family members.
  • Strong phone manner.
  • Ability to work in a team environment required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Computer competency including MS Word, Excel.
  • Experience with Lookout Software an advantage.

· Valid driver’s license and police check.

The successful candidate will need to be available to work from Mondays to Fridays.
