THE OPPORTUNITY

Inhome Assist Australia (IAA) is growing and an exciting opportunity has become available for an Appointment Scheduler based in Bundall, Gold Coast. This position involves working in a collaborative team environment where you can make the role your own.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for organising qualified appointments for our national in-home consulting team
• Outbound community calls to work out how we can best support client needs 
• Customer interaction and relationship building  
• Providing exceptional customer and brand experience 
• Adherence to ethical business practices & true care for helping people
