Norther NSW Local Health District is seeking Administration Services Manager to join their Lismore Community Health team to manage, monitor, evaluate and implement administrative services for Community and Allied Health (C&AH) across Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) to facilitate a coordinated approach to the consistent delivery of quality, efficient and cost-effective Administration Services with a strong customer focus.
Taking a leadership role in the professional support and development of Administration Service Coordinators and leadership in activities such as Quality, Accreditation, Work Health and Safety and Workforce management.
If you have/are:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare or related field and/or demonstrated management experience with a strong focus on customer services in a complex multidisciplinary organisation
- High level skills to prepare business correspondence and executive reports, including briefs and reports pertaining to Administration services and financial accountability
- Knowledge and experience in financial and human resource management, including analysis of costs and staffing discrepancies with the ability to collaborate with all stakeholders to improve resource allocations
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people across a range of levels of accountability
