Summary
This is an integral role in the administration function for the Jaguar Land Rover CRC. The Administration Specialist duties range include processing emails via Outlook and using the dedicated CRM system to ensure emails in the CRC have a case created. The Administration Specialist will also respond to general enquiry emails and support the CRC operations with various administrative functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Use common call centre telephone and computer technology;
- Manage multiple mailboxes, via Outlook or other systems
- Create new cases in CRM from emails and add emails to existing cases in CRM to support CRC operations.
- Respond to general enquiry emails, with research were required
- Assist with answering phone calls where required
- Manage anonymous survey process
- Works both autonomously and in a team
- Manage own work under guidance
- Provide quality customer service
- Assist in special projects and participate in any other duties as requested.
Education & Experience
- High school certificate required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service environment or related position, preferably in a customer relationship center.
- Minimum 1 year experience in data administration in a fast past environment
- Knowledge in automotive or luxury brands is preferred
